1. Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes, we do accept walk-ins. We kindly request that our visitors make a reservation through our website prior to their visit. Making a reservation ensures that we can provide you with the best experience possible and allocate the necessary resources to address your needs. 2. What is included in my General Admission?
General Admission includes: Park access with the following attractions: Dinorah's Treasures Mine, Journey Through the Sands, Dinorah's Fossil Finds, Picklecasso's Art Gallery, Ballocity, Veloci-Axes Kids, Hatchling's Play Area, Big Red's Adventure, Swinging Raccoon Saloon Show, Walking Dino, Grey's Meet & Greet, Cassidy's Shooting Range, Sheriff Office, Dino Encounters, Curls & Mustache Barbershop, Outdoor Sandboxes, Outdoor Playing Grounds-Horse, Outdoor Playing Grounds-Dino Bones, Milk a Cow and more!!! . However, please note that certain additional features such as Escape Rooms, Puzzle Box, Food and Drinks, Veloci-Axes Adults, VR Ride, Old Oak Laser Tag, Dino Scooters, Dino Stable and Mixed Reality are not included in the standard admission fee & are subject to availability (weather permitting). These offerings have separate pricing and can be enjoyed at an additional cost. We encourage you to explore the various attractions available and indulge in the additional experiences we have to offer.
3. Do I need to make a reservation for each attraction?
You don't need to make a reservation for each attraction, however, we encourage you to book your experiences when you make your park reservation since some of the attractions are subject to availability, that way you won't have to wait in line. Once you make your reservation your itinerary will be in your information package. At the time of check in we offer additional reservations that are not available to book online as these attractions are subject to change due to availability or weather conditions.
4. How long does the experience last?
Our Once Upon a Cowboy Experience consists of unlimited time at the park, however.
5. Is Once Upon a Cowboy only for kids?
Once Upon a Cowboy has something for everyone no matter your age or gender, our goal is to provide our guests with the best possible immersive experience.
6. Can I rent the Park for a Private event?
At Once Upon a Cowboy you can book your private event through our events portal or by sending us an email at events@onceuponacowboy.com, we can provide you with the necessary information for your next private event. We offer birthday parties, corporate events, or private concerts in our facilities.
7. Can I bring an additional vehicle at the time of my reservation?
At Once Upon a Cowboy you only can arrive with the number of vehicles that were selected in your reservation. As we have a limited parking lot, it is essential that we accurately track and plan the parking availability for our guests.
8. Is outside food permitted?
We apologize for any inconvenience but no outside food or beverages will be allowed with the exception of baby food. We offer snacks, food & drinks at our Hungry Rex Cafe.
